Pickleball
Pickleball is an indoor or outdoor racket/paddle sport where two players, or four players, hit a perforated hollow polymer ball over a 36-inch-high net using solid-faced paddles. Opponents on either side of the net hit the ball back and forth until one side commits a rule infraction. It’s one of the fastest-growing sports and we are happy to offer it at both branches of our North Penn YMCA

Adult Pickleball Lessons
Pickleball is a sport that is sweeping the nation and now you can learn the fundamentals in step-by-step lessons right here at the Indian Valley YMCA. This combination of table tennis, badminton, and tennis will get you up and moving and having fun! Thursday participants should have basic knowledge of the rules, scorekeeping, rotation, and strategy. Registration is REQUIRED at the Membership Desk.

Youth Pickleball Clinics
Get in the game with our fun and active Youth Pickleball Lessons! Designed for kids of all skill levels, these sessions teach the fundamentals of pickleball—serving, scoring, teamwork, and strategy—in a supportive and energetic environment. Led by experienced coaches, our program helps young players build confidence, stay active, and make new friends. Come play, learn, and grow on the court! MUST BRING YOUR OWN PADDLE.
