Swim Team
Our swim team is open to all, and gives children of all athletic abilities the opportunity to build self-esteem and healthy bodies with wholesome fun of a rewarding team sport. The team competes in the Penn-Del Swim league, an association of the YMCA teams in Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware. The Gators swim team is open to children ages 5-19 and runs at our Lansdale Area Family YMCA. New swimmer evaluations are held in the third week of September. Sign ups begin mid-August and close November 1. New to the team swimmers must pass certain requirements in order to join. Learn more about the North Penn Gators Swim Team.

Gators Swim Team Fall/Winter Season
FALL/WINTER SWIM TEAM-2026-2027 SEASON All new to the Gators MUST attend one tryout in order to determine eligibility for the team. TRY-OUTS: Aug 27, 5:00-7:00 pm, Sept 12, 1:00-3:00 pm, Sept 17, 5:00-7:00 pm. Registration fees: 10 and Under ($340.00); 11 and up ($365.00). Practices begin Sept 21st. Coaches have the final say to move swimmers into different levels. Gator Parent Meeting: Sept 24, 6-7 pm.
